If you require we can collect, repair and return your vehicle to you at your home or workplace.

This will enable you to have your vehicle proceed through it's MOT, service or repair with the minimum of disruption to your day.

Please note charges may apply.

Collection & delivery criteria:

• Collection and delivery must be arranged with us by phone.

• The vehicle does NOT need to be MOT'd, taxed, or insured.

• The vehicle must have enough fuel to complete a thirty mile round trip - If the vehicle breaks down during the collection journey recovery will be invoiced to the customer.

• The vehicle must not have any dangerous known faults, if it does then these must be communicated at time of booking and recovery may be advised. 

• Collection will only take place within a five mile radius of our workshops, distances over 5 miles will be regared as recovery and will be charged accordingly (we reserve the right to refuse collection). Any faults which may occur on the journey are at the owners risk.

• Ensure you provided the key(s) needed to open all doors, boot, fuel cap and bonnet (if applicable) of the vehicle, wheel security sockets and radio code when the vehicle is collected.  Previous MOT certificate can be useful but is not essential.

Terms and conditions:

Return times cannot be guaranteed although an estimated time will be given on the day of expected return. - Actual return time may vary from estimated return time depending on workshop loading, traffic etc.

Collection and delivery service is subject to availability and adequate staffing levels on the proposed day of collection. If circumstances change we will inform you at the earliest opportunity and arrange an alternative pickup date/time if required. Booking lead time is usually the next day.
